She was so hoping that time would suddenly stop and she could stay in her house forever. You see, this morning she was going to her new school. Just like her other 3 new schools that she had attended. Her stay at a new school normally didn't last to 1 year, and she wasn't expecting to stay long in this new school either. Esther's Mum (E.M) - Yan Yan! Hurry up or you'll be late! Esther - Ok! *puts down comb, grabs slingbag and runs off* ~~~AT THE SCHOOL'S FRONT GATE~~~ Esther got out of her mum's Land Rover and looked at the tall marble structure in front of her. E.M. - Yan Yan! Can you go home by your ownself today? I've got to attend your sister's piano concert Esther - Mum! I'm not 8! I know how to go home by myself! Bye! ~~~AT ONE OF THE SCHOOL'S CORRIDORS~~~ Yan Yan and Qiao Qiao have lost their way in the enormous school and they can't find a way out, because of Qiao Qiao's forgetfulness. But everytime they turned a corner, they got even more lost! Qiao Qiao- Yan Yan, we're hopeless! And it's all because of me! Yan Yan (looking for a way back)- It's not your fault. I was the one who suggested "touring around" the school Just then, 2 gangster looking boys walked up to them. ???- Well, well, well. If it isn't 2 pretty girls? You know, you shouldn't be alone in this big school ???- Yeah. Why don't you come with us? We'll show you the right way....*strokes Yan Yan's arm but she snatches it away* Yan Yan- I'm warning you...you do NOT want me to show my evil side ???- Oh yeah, what'cha gonna do? Yan Yan was feeling very agitated now. She grabbed one of the boy's arm and back-flipped him. Qiao Qiao was shocked and happy at the same time. Yan Yan- You want one? *beckoning to the other boy* ???- Just you wait...*running off* Qiao Qiao clapped her hands gleefully. Qiao Qiao- Wow! That was awesome! Where did you learn that from? Yan Yan- My uncle runs a kung-fu training school The two girls are happy for a moment, but realise that they are still lost...

Just then, the warning bell (it's the bell that rings when it's time to go to class) rings and a bunch of basketball jocks suddenly spill out of a nearby gym door. Yan Yan and Qiao Qiao are startled and watches silently as the guys walk into different directions. Qiao Qiao- JR! One of the guys walk out of the bustling croed along with another guy. JR- Qiao Qiao? What are you doing here? This part of the school is filled wtih gangsters! Qiao Qiao- I know, but we got lost...and... Yan Yan- It was my fault. I suggested that we took a walk around the school ???- Never mind. Which period are you girls in next? Qiao Qiao- English...no no!....I think it's History....but then again....today's Monday.... JR smiled while the other guy with him was looking at Yan Yan. ???- *thinking in his mind* This girl... Yan Yan- We have Biology next, Qiao Qiao ???- That's what we're having next. Come on, let's lead you gals back As Yan Yan and Qiao Qiao followed the boys back, Qiao Qiao introduced them. Qiao Qiao- Yan Yan, meet JR, JR, this is Yan Yan, a new student. This is Ethan, basketball captain Yan Yan smiled and shook the boys' hands. Suddenly... Qiao Qiao- Oh no! I left my book-bag in your car, JR! JR- No wonder I though something felt wrong when you alighted my car this morning. Come on, let's go get it Qiao Qiao- Yan Yan, can you make your own way back to the classroom? Yan Yan- Sure! I'll save you a seat Yan Yan and Ethan watched as Qiao Qiao and JR walked to the school parking lot.
