I want to add some of my graphics. Is this possible. If so how do i add them?

I wanted to say that I love the latest newest banners & poster that amanda added onto the sweety self made graphics page:) Also....... how do all u guyz add glitter to ur graphics??? It looks amazing but i hav no idea how. Also how do u join pictures together? e.g ur signatures r all different sweety photos that hav been mixed together. I would love to become a good graphic designer but i hav nearly no knowledge on how to make graphics:(
