Reminder for all members during events
During events ,PLS BE PUNCTUAL . Late-comers will not be entertained .
Meeting time will be usually 2-3 hours before the event .
Members , pls KINDLY REMEMBER to bring ur membership cards during events , this is for the adminstrators to regconise who you are , as attendance will be taken . During events , sad to say , YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR FRIENDS along unless your friend is from Gorgeous Sweety , as this is to be fair to the people behind . If we see your friends that are not from Gorgeous Sweety , they will be asked to leave.
So pls do not bring your friends that are not from Gorgeous Sweety along . You may bring them to register with us provided on the event day , the bought fees to pay us as only those who had paid fees are counted as official members of Gorgeous Sweety .
If you got into trouble/conflict with the other fans , pls let us know~ If not we can't help you .
PLS DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE CUT YOUR QUEUE . If people cuts your queue , pls inform Gorgeous Sweety's adminstrators or security .
